Club Meetings
Club meetings are held on 2 Fridays per month currently during this pandemic. W will have debates, discuss international news, and other club matters. Most importantly dedicated to conference-related work. We practice writing position papers, doing research, and debating skills.
Meeting Records
Our club has worked hard towards keeping everyone updated on club activities when one is absent. If a member misses a meeting they can access documents on a shared drive that contain the subjects discussed and any other important details. To find documents one just needs to find the date that one missed.
Officer Meetings
Officer meetings are also year long and held every a Tuesday after school. These meetings are open to all members, however, it is mandatory for officers attend. The main object is plan club events and activities ahead of time. It's other purpose is a support hall for any members who need help.
Attendance Policy
No more than 3 unexcused absences in a row for officers or total of 6 absences (per semester) = removed from position or at risk of not being selected to attend selective conferences
